I have been managing social media campaigns and strategy since 2007. As a vital component of a communications plan, social media campaigns help to educate, inspire, engage audiences, and drive website traffic. Following are a few of the social media campaigns and plans that I have developed for employers in the past decade.
SNAP4CT Social Media

As the Digital Communications Manager for UConn Health’s SNAP-Education grant from (4/2017-6/2020), I initiated a comprehensive social media strategy. This included the development of:
- Social Media Policies
- A Social Media Calendar and Schedule
- A Detailed Social Media Analytics Assessment Tool
- A Video Creation and YouTube Promotion Plan
In addition, I trained junior staff, as well as other contractors on social media best practices. These efforts led to consistent yearly increases that after 3 years amounted to:
- 579% more Facebook followers
- 234% more Instagram followers
- 7064% more YouTube subscribers
- 416% more Twitter followers
I created hundreds of original posts. The following are just a few:
Regional Hospice Social Media

While serving as the Communications Manager for Regional Hospice and Palliative Care in 2016, I expanded their social media engagement by 64% for Facebook, 20% for Twitter, and 26% for LinkedIn. Below you’ll find some general Facebook posts, along with a campaign that highlighted the Center for Comfort Care’s inspirational wall quotes:
